Amazing experience and outstanding service. I'm a long time customer and my two friends I brought in today to get started were delighted with how friendly, inviting and knowledgeable the member on duty was. My friends walked away with some complementary starter supplies for the hobby and one of them even made some purchases to really get started. Absolutely delighted with the experience, and absolutely will be returning with the same friends, maybe even more, in tow. I also got to take home some starting supplies and already have another friend now interested in the hobby because I was able to give it to them!

The staff is great. Extremely helpful in allowing me an exchange on something I got WAY earlier in the pandemic and had lost the receipt for. They make good suggestions, and are actually a delight to talk to.
Rommel was fantastic when my girlfriend and I visited to buy some models. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. One of the best experiences I've had in any store. I really can't say enough good things about this place. If you're thinking about getting into the hobby and are on the fence at all, don't be. I was the same and upon entering we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome.
