My first visit to a Games Workshop store and I could not have been more pleased. I was helped by Tim. I have come to learn he is the manager from the countless glowing reviews I read and I agree with their high opinion of him. The store is sectioned off, not allowing general browsing due to the ongoing pandemic. While this was disappointing I totally understand and appreciate GWs efforts to keep its customers and employees safe. Despite the precautions and access limitations I was given excellent help and advice on my purchases. I asked for a particular citadel paint that was no longer available and I was given a bottle out of Tim's personal collection. No charge! I highly recommend this great store and it's manager Tim. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Great place full of GW miniatures, paints, and tools. Has some weird hours though.

Wasn't open during posted hours. Not only are they closed two days a week (Sunday and Monday), plus apparently daily from 2-2:30, but they're also not open at 3:30pm on a Wednesday. Maybe they were closed for Remembrance Day, but no sign was posted to indicate that that was the case online or at the store and all of the surrounding businesses were open.

Dude that was working took the time to explain a lot and was quite patient. It's expensive for sure. The one star ding is for the crazy pricing on non core items, like 45 for what are essentially tin snips is a little hefty.

My girlfriend and I stopped by to grab some paint supplies. We are fairly new at miniature painting. We were looking at the Warhammer demos where you can learn how to paint and a worker there by the name of Collin was very helpful and helped us out he showed us the basics of painting, which paints were good to use and when to use them, and he even showed some other techniques. Overall our visit was amazing and I would recommend this store to anybody
