Normally look forward to visiting except today's trip which is an hour drive for me was disappointing.. out of every shop in the mall, they are the only one not allowing the paying customers in to browse. Understand we are in a pandemic but every other store in the mall is allowing customers to come in. Was a real bummer to learn after driving an hour maybe post it on your website at the least.

Very friendly store manager, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the Warhammer universe, explained how to apply paints, using "Liquid green stuff" among kit bashing advice. He was very patient with me, and I appreciate the time he took to help me understand the more technical parts of the hobby.

The store looks well laid out, extremely clean, and had an excellent selection. My customer service experience was the issue. The only employee at the time didn't even stop his personal modeling project when asked a few basic questions. When I asked if it was a fun place to play and meet people. He actually told me it was not. He told me try online or play at home. Saying this is the preferred way of most people. I just thanked him and left. I'll get that hive guard online.

My three year old was taken in by the display out front, and one of the employees came out to greet us and invite us in. The store was quiet, so he took the time to show my son the different figures and engage with him. He let me know a good starting age, and when he hits that age I will 100% return based on this experience.

Love this hobby. Cocaine would have been cheaper, but I've got no regrets. Employees always seem to be friendly at this location.
