The best (and only I think) store to get warhammer figures. My kids brought me here and I expected a video game store, but this place is amazing. Hand painting and building the models for your battles/games, it’s a really creative and engaging hobby for anyone. They even let me paint a model (terribly) and showed us all the ropes of the games there. Wonderful staff and a great experience!

Very fun store to try and learn new game. We stop in by accident but had a very friendly staff teach us about the game warhammer and even how to paint. My husband bought a box of the soldiers and we'll definitely be back!
I ordered an item over a month ago. I never received it. I wrote to GW several times and received an automated response that did absolutely nothing to resolve it. I requested a refund and got no response and neither did I get a refund either. Basically I sent them money and they did not send the product nor did they provide any explanation as to why it was late, delayed and unsent. I do not recommend.
I’m an absolute newcomer to Warhammer and miniatures in general and came in to pick up an online order I had made. After striking up a conversation with John and Paolo, and letting them know I was a newbie, they seemed genuinely excited to have someone interested in their hobby. They quickly made some recommendations and we talked for 30-40 minutes about 40k/Fantasy. I left feeling excited to get home and get to painting! Awesome guys who made a newbie feel right at home and welcome in a hobby they no doubt had a ton of experience in. Will definitely be coming back!
