I went in looking for a gift with no knowledge of miniatures. The staff member working was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions. He got a good sense of the recipient's interests and gave me many options with different ranges of price and skill required. He nailed my budget and I'm very happy with the result. I'll definitely be returning for these kinds of gifts in the future.

Very friendly staff! We were welcomed, given a tour of the store,a history of the game, descriptions of the different elements. They offer a free figure and painting session for new comers, a gaming table at the ready for anyone any time. Very clean. Very organized. Very professional. Lots of parking. This store is one of the best stores I've been to. Period.
Really nice store with good selection available. The staff are really informed and really helpful to new persons such as myself to the hobby. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the hours of operations. Took me 3 weeks to be able to revisit due to my work schedule and their hours of operation not co-operating.
