Spoke to Sheldon on the phone previously and went in today to see samples. He was very patient and explained things throughly so we could purchase the correct material. We went here to find an adhesive that would stand up to the colder weather we had. The associates were helpful and the showroom was well laid out. Will use in the future
The lady at the front office was very helpful in deciding which sealant to go with, and she is very knowledgable in what she does. My family and I are sealing our driveway/backyard patio for the first time ourselves since we got it done, and she gave us the best advice and really made it easy for us to shop at the store. Their staff is amazing and they even loaded in the heavy materials in our car for us. Thank you Form & Build Supply!
Not sure if everyone was having a bad day, but staff were not helpful and very rude. Hopefully a one off, not great motivation to spend money here.
