I was a little apprehensive at first. A quality wood burning unit, like this Napoleon, isn't the cheapest out there. But you SERIOUSLY get what you pay for. It started with a conversation with Kat, the sales associate, who is awesome and attentive to every little detail while being sensitive to budgetary needs. Kingsly shows up on time to assess what it is I want and gives his recommendations followed by pricing. I won't lie. I went over budget. But not by anyone else doing. It didn't take me long to realize the value of going a little higher end with a reputable name brand. We agreed on a price and Kingsly locked in a date to install. The installers show up. On time in the middle of a snow storm in minus 20 weather. They were in and out in under 4 hours. The unit was installed exactly how and where I wanted it. My house is a two bedroom, two bathroom around 1150 square feet. We've hit minus 20-30 many times since the install. I have been able to shut down ALL my electric heaters, all day and night. I haven't quite got the hang of building a perfect fire but using the recommended wood that's nice and dry - I'm getting over 5 hours of burn and a warm house. As my house is well insulated and sealed, I can go the whole night without it dipping below 18 Celcius and the natural daylight does the rest for the day. I don't need to fire back up until the sun begins to set in the eve. I bought the Napoleon 1100C, cast wood stove. It's an upgrade of what I was originally looking at. But I'm confident I'll get years of worry free use (provided it's used properly and cared for). And it looks fantastic. From the in-store sales, home visit and installation team - they all get FIVE STARS!

Fire or Ice Fireplace did a fantastic job updating our old fireplace. They laid new bricks and replace the gas insert. The transformation is truly amazing. For the mantel, they used an original beam from the old Seagram’s factory to give the fireplace a nostalgic look and added a ton of character to our family room. Kingsley did a nice job consulting with us as we made the difficult decision on what to choose, and Purnell was meticulous in laying the bricks just right. Fire or Ice Fireplace did the job on time and on budget and the team was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Fire or Ice!

We bought a great barbecue there last year and it's still in great shape. The sales help was wonderful and so thankful they could deliver and set up. More expensive than Canadian Tire but you get what you pay for, we're very happy with our purchase.

Exceeded Expectations. Kingsley and his team of installers were awesome from beginning to end. They supplied and installed a 9600 series furnace and all new ductwork into our newly renovated cottage. The furnace and warranty are top notch and the price was such a bargain we could afford to get a gas fireplace thrown in to the deal. Great job! Much appreciated.
