Helpful staff in a charming store in a beautiful town in Ontario. They have quiet large selection of Gas Fireplaces. Not yet sure about their prices as I haven't yet done any research. They referred me to other needed professionals and the experience in general was positive.

Woody is knowledgeable and friendly when preparing quotes, Alice is efficient with logistics, and John is an outstanding installer. Gotta say we are totally happy with the Fergus fireplace team Bought 2 fireplaces one inside and one for out. They helped us both on selection of the right units and budget, and because we bought two, there was an economy of scale and a lower price If we did 2 which we did! Installation and delivery was pro even though it was winter and 2 ft of snow on the roof. All done one day.!!! 6 months later the outside fireplace was drawing funny and one other little problem They came out again today and again all wrapped up and perfect. Thank you for the products but mostly for the installation skill and the service. I had confidence going into business with the Fergus fireplace team and would confidently recommend them to anyone who wants their fireplace and purchase of one to be perfect as well. We wanted to update the gas fireplace upstairs and the wood burning fireplace in the basement. The new gas fireplace has much more radiant heat than the old, it provides a comfortable living room almost instantly when turned on. The slow wood burning fireplace insert downstairs is as efficient as can be and it makes a cosy environment to watch tv. With the fan on, it really helps to heat up the whole house. It's now been a year and we use both units more than ever before. Thank you for guiding us to the best choices possible for our house. Alain
