The folks at Fanatyko are great. If you buy boots here they come with a guarantee that they will fit properly. If you have any issues you can come back and they will adjust the boots to ensure a good fit. And they honour this promise! I know because I had to come back a couple times to get the right fit. With no questions asked, they took the time to get it right. Thank you Peter and co. for taking the time to get my boots all sorted out. The staff here are also very knowledgeable about everything ski related. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for good quality equipment and knowledgeable people.

I bought a pair of boots for my 16 year old and before leaving the store explained that she would be back in the morning to adjust them to her skis. She came back in the morning and the same sales rep said she needed her parent's signature to adjust the skis to the boots and because they were not available she couldn't use her new boots for her one ski day during spring break. Honestly, if they needed a form signed you think they could have asked for it to be signed when her parents were in the store. Very unhappy with the sales experience. Don't go to this store if you are under 19 as they are not interested in properly servicing this type of client.

Amazing team with amazing service. They were able to make tbe small adjustment I needed on my boots in no time. I highly recommend their expertise and friendly service, just has I had been recommended by my friends. I will look to them in a couple seasons when I need new boots.
