Brutal receptionist. Called today to get help and basically was told to go somewhere else. Why would a company keep a person like this as front line staff? Is she the owner?? Bahhhhaaaaa
I was inquiring to see if I could get an eye exam and the receptionist was extremely rude. It put me off so much that I’d rather go somewhere else than support a local business.
Agree wholeheartedly with the comments about the rude front desk person. I worked in customer service for years and have learned to tolerate a lot. Ive been going to this optometrist for years and always had a great experience. Wonderful optometrists, staff, great selection of specs but in last few years, I’ve been biting my lip. Ive stayed with them because of all of the good experiences I’ve had. Finally I’ve decided to leave. Cannot take any more abuse from the lady at the front desk. She is so rude and just ruins your day when you have to call for anything. None of this should be taken with a grain of salt. They are going to lose a lot of business because of one person that can’t find the will to be pleasant or kind. A person that actually goes out of her way to be rude, terse and make people feel bad for even calling in the first place. I can’t say I’ve ever felt the need to write a review like this. Sad to leave after so many good years and experiences with these doctors but have had enough.
I have been going to this eye clinic for years now and never have had a bad experience. I treat my glasses rather roughly and need to get repairs or adjustments occasionally. This is always done promptly. Currently DR Templeman is looking after me and I think she is great. Front desk is cheerful and polite. Maybe some of the bad comments should be taken with a grain of salt.
