We had our new Valor G3 fireplace insert installed yesterday. The guys did a great job on the install. Very safe, efficient and clean. Rob did the pre-inspection before install and dropped by for a final inspection when they finished the install. He explained the operation of the fireplace in great detail. I would highly recommend Walltek.

I purchased two fireplaces, furnace and air conditioner. Also furnace and air conditioner for rental property the best customer service I every experienced. I called to ask a few questions and with in an hour Rob was at my house showing me how to use the remote control for the fireplace. They really care about their customers and make sure you are happy and have a full understanding of how to work the equipment you purchased. I have not had a problem with anything I purchased. Great location and free parking.

Walltek installed our new furnace,fire places and air conditioner in our newly built home. Rob helped with the designing stage no bulk heads in the entire home. The result is spectacular everyone compliments the HVAC work. I would recommend them to anyone. Very courteous competent professionals…pleasure having them in my home...job well done! Excellent service!

this company doesnt even deserve 1 star my dad purchased a house where walltek installed a boiler with previous owner not even a year later boiler is making loud noises called another boiler technitian and was told installation was done wrong. no tags on gas lines and work wasnt done to code, after that called walltek directly they said they had contract with previous owner not my dad so they are not doing any repairs very bad customer service please dont deal with this company unless you want to be ripped off
