UPDATE ON REVIEW BELOW - Completely useless. 4 attempts to install Cambria counter tops at our lake house. They knew it wasn't installed properly but said "they were tired and had to leave". Their manager wouldn't speak to me on the phone (after speaking with his installers about the botched installation) because "his weekend had already started and he'd been drinking" (at 5pm in a Friday). Cambria USA offered to "arrange a discount as compensation after they fixed the situation". They later reneged on their offer and said "we don't do discounts". When I asked why he (head of customer support) had offered anything he said "I know, I lied". RESPONSE to Elegant Solution: It seems like you're off to a flying start w your "new management". Rather than accuse me of lying and then ask me to invest more of my time to pull recorded conversations, why don't you pull them yourself and then come back with an informed opinion. I've already invested far more of my time w your company than any customer should ever have to.
