I went to River City Hyundai with high expectations.I was impressed with their prompt service. They also have an \express\ service for oil change. On my first visit to River City Hyundai 4 years ago, right then and there the vehicle went into a state of the art peace of mind inspection. Their details were black and white. On my recent visit, my service advisor went above and beyond to provide me a topnotch service and even went her way out to respond to my queries. Provided me with a price-matched quotes on labor and repairs. Aimee also made sure I get a ride to and from work and even provided me with a last minute loaner since my vehicle needed to stay overnight for an extra repair. I also found their technicians reliable. Providing name/s of their technicians on the invoice or inspection report, to me, showed truthfulness and pride on the service they provide. They also provide refreshments while you wait. The dealership is clean and well kept.

Amazing service from sales department. The team is very confident and understanding, but isn’t pushy with anything. They take the time to find out what their customers really need and don’t force anything just to make a sale. I regularly call to check in or just visit, am always welcomed with a smile and feel that my needs are resolved quickly and smoothly.
