just ordered/paid for a Samsung OEM CLT-P407B BLACK 2PK Toner Cartridge last Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, and up to now, Jan. 12, the item was not delivered. i phoned the office at 10am this morning and i was assured that the delivery was on it's way. hours have passed but no delivery came, so i phoned them again several times, past 3:30 and 4:30 pm, but no one answered my calls this time. hence, i'm airing my piece here. what is worst than lying to a customer is for a company not to own up to its shortcoming and hide instead from their customer. it is best for the company to revisit again their mission/vision statement which cited, among others, customer satisfaction as their number one goal, having courteous customer service representatives that are always ready to assist, shipping protocol, if being followed to ensure the continuity of their claimed tremendous growth which they credited to continued customers support. just a thought from a customer.
