Since and before Covid, Acme have been my Knights in shinny armor...Martin, Val and the rest of the team have always assisted me with all my cleaning needs. At times it can be tough as supplies are in demand but I never fear...they have my back and provide me with the best service ever!!! Knowledgable about all products and always provide me information about trying new products...thank you...thank you to everyone up front, in the warehouse, in repairs and the office!!!

I have been ordering cleaning supplies toilet paper etc for my local cafe for two years. Every single time I have called to place an order they have been either out of at least one of the very common items I need, given attitude and talked down to/ received unfriendly service. My cafe is about 4 blocks from acme and on average it takes 1 - 2 weeks to receive my order of paper towels and hand soap. Usually I have to just go pick it up myself because we run out of items and cant wait any longer.As of lately I nobody answers the phone so I place my order on the answering machine, as well as by email to be extra sure they get my order. still after weeks of waiting and calling and emailing several times to see if they even received my order nothing. I know its covid and people are working from home but after a year things should be sorted out, and it has been nothing but a huge hassle long before the pandemic. I dont like leaving bad reviews or complaining but this company is ridiculous. Time to find a new supplier and I am happy to pay a little more for proper service.
