Generally I have always had a good experience with this company. They deliver the bins on time and will pick up the phone when called. The only complaint I have is that they charge a 120 dollar \cannot deliver\ fee. I don't think this is fair, because there was a time when they sent a driver who could not drop the bin in the same spot that their other drivers had done multiple times before. They wanted to charge me 120 dollars for the no-delivery (I would have filed a complaint with VISA) so I instead had them drop it on my lawn. It destroyed my grass.

Hassle free, bin was delivered on time, picked up one day later than the date I requested. The bin was heavily corroded and leaked some chemical (looked like gasoline) the first day, but washed away quickly with rain. I have a 3 year old asphalt driveway. It took some very heavy damage when they picked up the bin. I'm disappointed they didn't even attempt to protect the driveway with blocks of wood (I saw some neighbours using a different bin company, they had 2x4s placed under the bin). Their sales contract states that they will not be liable for any damage. I can see why. The cost was not any cheaper than competitors. A month later I saw the additional charges (more than I expected). If it wasn't for the ugly damage to my driveway, that is still very visible after a few heavy rain falls, this would be a 4 star review.

I had a contractor do some work at my house . It's been 3 days since they have left and this company has yet to come to pick up the bin. I've left NUMEROUS messages and NO ONE has returned our call. Their customer service is beyond ridiculous
