A fantastic experience! The food and the staff are amazing, big thanks to our server Sam and Gerri who made our dining so enjoyable! The menu had a great selection of choices and food was high quality (I recommend the tarragon chicken). John the bartender was also awesome and we had a great time at their cozy bar. Tracey was such an amazing host, ensuring that we felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was cozy, a little outdated but had great views. Highly recommend!

The food was good especially the breakfasts. It was difficult to get an early dinner time for 6 PM so book a week in advance if you don't want an 830 PM dinner. The water spa was nice as was the lake. Lots to do in Haliburton area.

Great lil getaway, rooms where a bit dated but you definitely are not there to be in your room, the waterspa is Amazing, the scenery this time of the year speaks for itself and the food, well it was just to die for. Its a bit of a drive, a bit off the beaten path but most definitely worth every minute spent to get there. Only disappointment was that we only booked for 1 night only, definitely too short to enjoy all this place has to offer. A wonderful place to discover

I well recommend this beautiful resort if you are looking for a romantic getaway. After visiting the hotel for our vacation with my boyfriend, I seriously missed the comfort of Sir Sam's Inn All staff members were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond especially Deb (You are a wonderful lady and I will definitely miss seeing you) and also the great chef who personally took time and visited us at our table to make sure if we are enjoying our meal.The view of our room was also wondering with fireplace that we could enjoy every second of our staying there as well as the clean room and especially the bathroom was so clean. The breakfast was also included so they had many options for different taste and desires that serves delicious foods at reasonable prices. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit and can’t wait to come back next time.

Wonderful place, great staff that go the extra mile to do what they can. Had a great maintenance guy come take care of a few things in the room. I think his name was Riley. Was a great young man, represented the inn very well. 5stars wasnt enough for that guy and this wonderful inn.

We just returned from spending the weekend at Sir Sams. It was amazing!! The food was fantastic!! The staff were so nice and helpful, especially Tracy, she went over and above and lowering my questions and making us feel comfortable there. The room was a bit dated but very clean. The water circuit was an added bonus. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

A quiet little escape with well acquainted rooms and excellent food in the attached restaurant. Fireplaces in rooms keep you warm with ambience. Pool area, spa, and pool itself are spotless and well kept. Highly recommend for weekend or longer get away
