I recently stayed here in a 3rd floor city view suite and was very impressed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, suites are large and clean, and the location is perfect! Great views of the mountains and Lake Osoyoos. Everything you need, and most restaurants, are within a 1-5min walk of the resort. The gym is good for the vast majority of people looking to get in a good workout. Anyone looking for a place to stay or a weekend getaway with friends, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Loved this resort! Splurge for a lake view room, the view is unreal. The rooms are so clean, well designed and modern. Loved the little kitchen. The balcony is perfect and the bath is great. Friendly staff and a great location on the lake in the middle of town. My only complaint is that the beautiful hot tub is WAY too hot. It’s the hottest hot tub of all time. I was roasting after 5 minutes. We will definitely be back to stay here.

We stayed in of their town houses, well equipped and a nice layout for up to 6 people with believe it or not, 3 bathrooms. Could’ve been cleaner and the staff could’ve been a bit nicer and the hot tub was so hot, that our bodies turned red after about 5 minutes. All jets were broken and the restaurant was not open to sit in, just takeout available. I understand all the COVID procedures, but still! Location is awesome and I will definitely stay here again in the summer and especially when this whole COVID situation is over to give it a real shot.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were well appointed, clean and the staff were great. Location is super central to everything in Osoyoos, with the lake right there and all the amenities you will need.

Excellent hotel, great location, and beautiful views. It has the feel of an older hotel, but everything in the hotel was in perfect condition. The kitchen has very new appliances, and is everything you need for a long stay.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite over Valentine's weekend and loved it. The location was great and we loved having the vehicle in heated underground parking. Hotel is in close walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Have been here at the Watermark Beach resort for 4 wks. This resort has it all, from great welcoming staff to a awesome restaurant, well put together gym, beautiful outdoor pool and two hot tubs (one open year round) and barbecues for use. We have had such a welcoming and inviting experience by staff. The Watermark management has went above and beyond to have a safe environment for there customers by having dedicated staff sanitizing elevators, door handles, stairway rails throughout the entire resort, 24-7. I’m so impressed with this dedication to providing a safe and relaxing environment for customers to live in. I feel so safe and protected knowing the management of this resort has taken their customers safety serious by spending time and money on detail, that matters.
