What a great place! Awesome room (included a full kitchen), wonderful service, stunning location and was pet friendly! They left bowls and a bag of treats for the dogs. We will definitely be back! Great base for hiking and exploring the wineries in the area! A great staycation in our own region!

Absolutely fantastic weekend and all over experience. They upgraded us to a two bed suite free when the one we wanted didn't have a king bed, and they were very accommodating and quick to respond to the pre-trip questions. The view is gorgeous (pay the extra for the lake view, it's 100% worth it), the beds are comfy, the hot tub is large and open nice and late (11pm), there's underground parking plus charging stations for electric cars (and it looks like a flo station is going in a cross the street), there's a really nice boardwalk, and it was really just all over lovely! Do make sure you book your spa plans ahead of time! The spa isn't exclusive to the resort and it books up, even in the winter and during Covid.

Summerland Waterfront Resort is a stunning lakeside accommodation and wedding venue! As wedding photographers, we value the spacious rooms with so much natural light, the countless photo backdrops on the grounds and nearby, and the wonderfully helpful and welcoming staff. The food is delicious and the indoor reception space is dreamy with room for your own creativity. The ceremony space is always so well maintained with a beautiful lake view. It is always a pleasure to visit the resort and we highly recommend, not only as a wedding venue but as a place to relax and enjoy!

Shoulder season is our favorite time to travel ... if you like things a bit quieter ... no road sounds here ... protected by a cliff ... GREAT gym ... wonderful staff ... coffee pods for coffee maker included ... we liked the cliff side room to be away from pool sounds ... advantage of sun in afternoon on balcony.

Fantastic view, amazing service. We got there late in the night and got all the help needed. Room was sparkling clean, the view was fantastic and we could enjoy their jacuzzi with a view to the lake. We ended up getting breakfast to go from the bistro to enjoy the patio before checking out.

Beautiful resort. Large accomodation, underground heated parking, quaint boardwalk along the water, pool & hot tubs are crystal clear with great central location. Cute bistro with delicious choices.

The room had nice amenities including a fireplace, a great location, cozy balcony, nice pool and hottub, and the primary bed in the room was comfortable. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable: you could feel the springs under the mattress. The "bluff view" looked onto the junk in a yard across the street.

Stood in lobby for 25 minutes, front desk was with a guest and after the guest had finished she went on to discuss personal life with front desk attendant. The attendant did not acknowledge us, a simple hello would have been nice! We walked out, could have been profitable for this resort! Took our business elsewhere!
