Came up from Toronto for a great scuba diving experience. I started it all with a boat tour with Helen. Unfortunately on this boat ride there was a teenager who attempted to ruin the experience by screaming and constantly express how much he did not want to be here. Helen's approach was absolutely amazing. She was firm and direct with explaining that for safety and enjoyment for everyone else he needed to follow captain directions. At this time this teen expressed his anger toward Helen and she did an amazing job keeping professionalism and safety of all others on the boat. Very impressed. I ended up finishing the week off with the open water padi course with Ivanna. She did a fantastic job as an instructor and made my experience absolutely amazing. She helped me grow in the water and allowed me to feel secure and confident in my skill set as a new diver. Thank you so much to the staff at Brockville dive for the absolutely amazing experience. Helen and Ivanna I will definitely come back one day for another dive!

I came with my brother from Toronto to get him to do the advanced open water course. Ivanna Tobar was his instructor for the weekend. She was amazing to deal with from the beginning at the time of booking the course with her all the way to the end of the course. She is accommodating and comforting specially if you feel uncomfortable at first with diving. I have taken my advanced open water last year, and I was only giving my brother accompany as he was doing the advanced open water. She is definitely one the best instructors that you can find. If you coming from Toronto or even elsewhere to learning diving, make sure that you book with Ivanna, because she will be very thorough in teaching and comforting as you build your skills and confidence in the water. I have attached a video of the deep dive as she was cracking an egg and showing how it will behave under the high pressure of the water.

Extremely expensive and their regs and bcds are scary old. They monetize everything. Weights 25 a day! Weight belt 10 a day! 16/tank! Cheaper in Hawaii!!!When one of our group members got injured, they wouldn’t refund us the rental for the following day. They would only offer a store credit which is total bs. One of the air tanks o ring was broken. Thankfully, someone had a spare in our group. Would NOT recommend but they seem to be the only ones in the area. Pro tip: rent and fill elsewhere.

We rented dive tanks at the center, but unfortunately one turned out to be leaking when we got ready to dive an hour away from the center. We assumed that this could happen once in a while and kindly asked for a refund for that one faulty tank (16). We were appaled when she refused squarely to refund and accusing her customers of having caused this and that the center was never at fault. She offered an in-store credit which for tourists that may never go back to Brockville, is worth nothing. Ironically, when we were about to leave the store, we bumped into her \Complaint policy\, consisting of a mouse trap. It speaks volume about what she thinks of customer satisfaction. Lesson for us is to always test the tanks that are rented to us prior leaving the store and try out Dive Tech Training Center if we ever come back in the region.
