I purchased this mattress before Christmas and it arrived within a week. Prior to my purchase I had many questions and Mario was fantastic in providing answers and feedback to all my questions; I would often get a response to an email within an hour. Following the purchase Mario was still very active in the transaction and ensured that all issues were dealt with. As for the mattress it has been about 2 weeks and we LOVE it!. Don't be fooled there is a break-in or adaptation period. It took a good 4-5 nights to finally see the benefits of latex but now that we have adapted we are extremely satisfied with the purchase. After shopping for a 100% latex mattress for quite a while I can tell you the pricing and quality of this mattress is top notch. Shipping was a breeze but keep in mind latex is very heavy. If you get the presto then remember you can move the mattress 1 layer at a time with relatively minimal effort. I would not hesitate to recommend MFC for excellent customer service and I would recommend the presto mattress as a high quality latex mattress. All in all the process from start to finish was exactly what customer service should be. Thank you Mario.

Hi Mario, It’s been a few months now since we received our customizable king size organic latex mattress from Memory Foam Comfort & I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our bed! We never realized just how bad our other mattress had become since we got this bed! We are having such restful sleeps & no longer wake up with sore backs! We love that it is organic & we were able to customize it for each of our comfort levels. I also wanted to thank you for walking me through this process as we’ve never had a latex mattress before & had lots of questions! I bought the Presto Classic customizable mattress and shredded latex pillows and couldn't be happier. Having done my research, I knew that the materials used were high quality at a great price. Customer service from Mario was excellent as well. So great to wake up this morning and realize that I wasn't in pain and had slept through the night. Highly recommend MFC!
Worst service ever. Waited all day and no delivery. No phone calls to let us know when. Contacted store numerous times and told it was on way. It is now 7 o clock at night and still no delivery or time as to when it will show up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A MATTRESS FROM THEM EVER. Customer Service rep says we need to call to file compliant as no one will contact us.!!!
