I have a round face with dark circle under my eyes and an uneven skin tone. That's why It was so hard for me to get a right eyeglasses. I wanted to have a trendy and suitable eyeglasses because I gonna wear them every day. After going to multiple eyewear optical shops I walked into this store and was very satisfied with their customer service. Bruce spent hours with me helping narrow down my options. He turned what seemed like a difficult task into a really fun experience for me. He cares about getting the right frames that will fit your style and budget! The store is easy to access and you don't have to worry about the parking. Highly recommended!

Excellent location in the center of Coquitlam. Easy access to the store as there are plenty free parking spaces in front of the store. The store has a good variety of frames and sunglasses at different price points. What impressed me the most was the hospitality and customer service that Bruce offered. He understood my demands and requirements, and helped me try on different frames as well as suggesting what may or may not work. He also explained the materials of each frame was made in a very patient way. The products and services were worth the money. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience here! I was the only one in the shop around lunch time and got great customer service. I'm not sure what his name is but he went around the whole store and picked out all the glasses that resembled the style I wanted. I've never picked out glasses so fast! He was super helpful. Will definitely go back.
Read some reviews and found this store last week. Indeed, prescription glasses are great quality and the prices are incredibly good. Staff are nice, experienced, and flexible to customers' needs. They really care about customer satisfaction. Thanks
