My experience with Stylish fireplaces was very good. During Covid and all stores shut down, I was able to speak to this company through email. I live in a town west of Ottawa and I had more success dealing with Stylish Fireplaces than any other fireplace store close to me. A few questions through emails were answered promptly. Was struggling to find the right fireplace for our rec room, in between two windows and a gas meter on the other side of the wall. Stylish Fireplaces had the perfect answer - an amazing electric fireplace that looks incredible and on a 240v circuit really heats the space nicely. Stylish was extremely easy to deal with during Covid, fast communication and very friendly. Couldn't be happier with our experience and loving our Dimplex IgniteXL 60 fireplace!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Received my fireplace shortly after I purchased it. I called to speak to a rep and the individual spent time making suggestions for my wall unit and determining the best fireplace for my space. He even followed up through email with pictures of examples and other options. I am so happy with my fireplace and the service I received.
After consulting with a couple companies about installing a gas insert, it was recommended that we explore electric fireplace inserts. After doing some of my own research, I found that Stylish Fireplaces & Interiors had the exact electric insert that I wanted. They shipped quickly and with a great deal of care. It arrived to my house in perfect condition and installation was a cinch.
