Crooks and a scam. These guys told us they had to cut a hole in our chimney to see the damage and to properly clean it. 650 for that. Then they said it needed repair 8-10K. We got a second opinion and had a real cleaner who took 5 seconds to pop the top off and clean it for 150.00 He also said there is no value in them cutting the hole and it actually damaged it. NO NEED TO REPLACE anything. It was normal wear and tear. Clean it every other year and you are good to go.
Do not use this company. Extremely dishonest. They will talk you into services and repairs that they know you don't need.
