Tons of parts with extremely helpful staff! I was able to find parts for our Kenmore vacuum. The staff didn't try to upsell is on anything. Just provided us with what we needed and in a timely fashion. They have a huge selection of parts on hand so you'll probably find exactly what you're looking for.
Just popped in this afternoon to get my vacuum hose looked at because it was blocked and the owner fixed it in the blink of an eye and he did not charge me for the service. This is the kind of business that deserves to be recognized and singled out for recognition in my opinion. Thanks so much!! :)
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped me pick a replacement canister vacuum after my Kenmore decided it had passed its best before date. Paul took the time to show me all the features and benefits of both the vacuum I had come in to look at and the one I ended up buying. Highly recommend and glad to support local.
I called Cardy several weeks ago to discuss warranty repair on a Hoover handheld. I spoke with Don and was thoroughly impressed by his attitude, sense of humour and of course his product knowledge. So much so that rather than dealing with the warranty and long wait times to repair my Hoover, I went to see him a few days later to buy something that would suit my needs.
