Both units work perfectly and are much loved and appreciated. We were both very impressed by your kindness and consideration. Darcy and Jason, I just wanted to let you know that out of all of the quotes from you competitors, you were the only ones that followed up immediately, showed that you were eager for the sale, were polite and friendly, were professional and thorough and were prompt both in sending us a quote and arranging an in-home visit. I just replaced my old fireplace with a new Valor gas fireplace. The staff and installers were wonderful to deal with and my wife loves the new addition to our house.
