My experience with Cambridge Hyundai has been great! The service manager, Tyler Wheeler, is always so helpful and provides the best customer service. Anytime I have a question, issue, need an oil change or my winter tires taken on/off, I can always count on Tyler and the team. They take great care of you. I highly recommend Cambridge Hyundai!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Cambridge Hyundai! I've had a 2007 Santa Fe for 6 years and was ready for an update. I was greeted in a friendly manner when I arrived; the whole team was very personable. Gerry was outstanding to work with: he really knows the stock, was very informative, and matched my enthusiasm during test drives. I also worked with Andy and Ahmad who guided me through the paperwork; they were also great to work with and made the seemingly tedious process painless. When I arrived to pick-up my new Tucson, the team was ready for me and were almost as excited as I was. They were prepped for pick-up: ownership and paperwork at the ready; a shiny, clean car that was heated and ready to go - my plates and covers were even cleaned before the transfer. The team at Cambridge Hyundai made me feel very comfortable; they answered all of my questions and had great attention to detail. Gerry, Andy and Ahmad all made it clear to me that I can reach out anytime in the future with any questions or concerns about my Tucson. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable, and I'm loving my new ride!!

If your in the market for new or used vehicle i highly recommend Cambridge Hyundai! My wife and I just bought and picked up our 2021 Santa Fe HTRAC -Trend package today. Make sure you ask for LOKI , he will LOOK AFTER YOU and set you with right vehicle. we couldn't be more happier. If you need financing see Chop, the greatest financing manager I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. You are amazing, and last but not least Andy the manager he came and sat down with me and spoke about my trade in and what he can do for the new car. After everything was said and done the next day he even reached out to thank me for my business. Not a lot of managers do that. Please continue to do that with all your customers. I will highly recommend all my friends and family to Cambridge Hyundai for their next vehicle. Thank you again Loki, Chop and Andy!!!

Absolutely deserved a 5 star rating! Cambridge Hyundai left us a once in a lifetime experience in car shopping! The manager Andy was very prompt in responding to online communication. The sales advisor, Gerry Santos was very helpful so as the Financial Service Manager, Chop was absolutely amazing! We never thought that car shopping during this Covid crisis would be that hassle free. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. Hands down, amazing customer service! We are shopping nowhere else in the future but CAMBRIDGE HYUNDAI!
