This is a wonderful facility for intermediate and advanced riders. Unfortunately, it no longer offers summer camps or group lessons. However, if you are looking for an excellent coach who can help you improve your technical skills and confidence, Felix Rommens is very good (and very patient). The horses are treated like royalty, the barn is clean (I love the subterranean conveyor belt for manure) and fed carefully according to their particular nutritional needs. If you are a true beginner, this is probably not a good place for you. Every single person at this barn (horse parents, riders, friends of) is welcoming, kind and eager to share their knowledge and passion for things equine. It makes for a very welcoming atmosphere.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Brookside. The people are so friendly and talented and the animals, dogs and horses, are cared for like family. I regret that they are cancelling their lesson program but I understand their focus on their boarders and high end training and showing. You and your horse cant go wrong with this training facility.

My daughter has been riding here for almost five years, and the barn never struggles to give her a new challenge. The highlight of her week is getting to visit her new friends and spend time with the horses, which brookside makes happen. The coaches all know what they're talking about and connect really well with the 'students'. I highly recommend!!
