Absolutely loved every outing to this farm. I had a sweet little pony that needed a home who wasn’t always easy to deal with, but they happily took her in. Everyone has fears of selling and leasing troubled horses but I have never been so happy about her new home. We made a deal that made us both happy, I get updates all the time with photos and videos I get visit anytime I’m around which says a lot. I can truly see and say that Cassie is very happy loves her new little riders as much as I do. Highly recommend this farm and the girls who keep it running. Life long friends start somewhere and this is a barn is a wonderful place to start and stick with! ️️

My daughter rode at Sand Cherry for about 18 months and our experience turned ugly very fast. We put our faith in Heather to help us find a horse for my daughter. This would be our first horse so we needed someone we could trust to not only make sure we were making a good investment but to make sure my daughter would be safe. Long story short Heather told us the horse was 6000 only to find out the horse was actually only 3000 and Heather got to pocket the other 3000. Before finding this information out we were told that this horse needed about a month to get into shape and it would be an amazing investment for my daughter. She is a good rider but nowhere close to being able to handle a green horse. On the day we met the horse for the first time the horse was given a tranquilizer to keep her calm for all of us to see. We received news of inappropriate behaviour and things happening in front of my child and made a decision to leave the barn. Once at our new barn we had the horse evaluated and this horse would take years to be in a position to be ridden by my daughter unsupervised. The sad thing about all of this is my daughter was already on this horse without any supervision and her life was in danger with nobody around to care. We had to sell my daughters dream horse at a huge loss and move on and the whole thing cost my daughter months of not being able to ride her horse and put in jeopardy that we could ever make this dream come true for her at all. The money I can deal with but a serious injury to my daughter could have been so much worse. If you care about your child this is not a safe environment for children and we were incredibly deceived and hurt by Heather. I would not let any child I know anywhere near that place.
Im a single Father of 2 daughters that attended one the day camps and they had great fun new learning experience. Heather was super flexible with pick up and drop off times to help with the added travel time to get to work.They enjoyed every moment of their camp including the pizza lunch they had! Staffs are extremely friendly, caring and supportive and made sure girls had a blast! My girls LOVED Heather and Courtney, just adored their time at Sand Cherry Stables.This is a great place to get your children out and about! My girls will be back since they won’t stop talking about!!
Perfect small quaint barn. A great place to start for a novice rider, and yet very able to teach in a higher skill bracket. All of the girls there where extremely polite and a treat to work with. Courtney especially went above and beyond whenever anything was needed. Always a pleasure at Sand Cherry Stables and I couldn't recommend them more.
Heather is an amazing coach. I'm learning so much in my lessons, the horses are safe but fun and well conditioned. This is a great farm.
