Very pleased with the service that was performed on my gas fireplace. First John was very accommodating to my situation and booked my appointment. Then Jason contacted me early to let me know he was on the way. Jason was very professional and informative. He performed the service and explained to me what he found. And he let me know what I could do in the future as far as maintenance goes that I can do myself. I would definitely recommend contacting Bridlewood for sales and service. Thanks again.

I have only good things to say about Bridlewood and Valor. I now have a wonderful fireplace, well installed at a reasonable price. It is seldom that product lives up to the hype, but this company and product do that.

I called Bridlewood looking for some suggestions on how to fix an improper fireplace installation from a previous owner of my house. John was gracious enough to come by and look at the job and tell me of the simple parts/fixes that was needed to correct the installation. He had no obligation to come and look at it, but it really displays the professionalism and service that John and Bridlewood have for their customers. Thank you again for all the help!

We purchased a Valor - Portrait series - President style gas fireplace from Bridlewood 14 years ago. It still looks and works perfect. No issues in 15 years. We use it everyday day in winter. We Highly recommend Valor and Bridlewood.
