I'm going through the coaching process .. I find the process a little confusing when it comes to the process of the level 1 and 2 and what they actually mean in accordance with NCCP and what certified vs in training means... I have found it difficult to get in touch with the staff if I have question and have to wait a long time for responses but I understand it's because they are running a large organization and perhaps are understaffed . Also when trying to find the place in person you MUST do your homework it's tricky to find They make up for it by giving very flexible methods of fees and licensing. all of it can be done online and the new format for the background check is also online and can be done in 24 hours vs the old method that took up to 3 weeks and requires in person visit to police HQ However when I do get in touch they are very helpful. Overall id recommend you do your due diligence on making sure you have everything up to date and current and ask as many questions as you need to when you get a hold of them .. The online system of filing paperwork is extremely helpful

Well organized and and well promoted. Director Mat Kenedy is a gem working very hard with successful tournaments, sponsor's, together with the executive creating the successful kovid 19 task force and I can tell you if you got a problem Mat listens and has a very open mind .I'm Very impressed with the executive I don't see any power tripping ,what I see is everyone working together . Amazing job Jennifer and Fred you both worked very hard.

My experience wasn't the best. I loved the boxing events but the tasks that I was given when I was an intern was completely confusing and I wasn't given the right information to complete the task properly
