Service sucks. I had purchased 7500 worth of interlock. After waiting for months of it to be delivered, bvs cancelled my order saying the manufacturer was shutting down for the winter. Went in today first week of spring to get a new trade price list and even after showing the salesman receipt of my cancelled order, he didn't believe that I had an account with them and wanted me to fill out a new account application. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Visited a number of times to match existing pavers. Beaver Valley has a lot of product in the yard and displays in the parking lot so chances are you can find what you are looking for. Guys who work in the brick yard are very helpful!
I visited Beaver Valley Stone on October 26, 2020 to purchase a concrete step and while I was there, a forklift operator scratched my car while bringing the concrete step to my vehicle. Before the incident, I asked the operator to keep back from my vehicle and that I would place it in my vehicle myself and then instead of listening, he tried to get as close as possible and scratched my bumper. I was to note that the scratch was very minor and accidents due happen but this could of been easily avoided. I emailed Beaver Valley to inform them of the incident and to see how they would like to handle the repair. I received a short reply from a David Tsivian stating only that they reviewed the video and that Beaver Valley is not at fault of any damages. I wrote another email noting my disappointment in not accepting fault considering I watched the operator scratch my car and he was aware of it. And since Beaver Valley reviewed the video footage, they should of seen that the damage was indeed caused by their operator or at the very least, depending on the camera angle, the scratch at the exact same location and height as the forklift. I asked Beaver Valley to allow me to see the video footage knowing that it would show what I saw happen which was that the damaged was caused by their operator. Beaver Valley instead never responded to my email and ignored me. I am disappointed in the unprofessional manner with how Beaver Valley chose to handle the situation. The company I work for paid for the repair but they shouldn't of had to. Based on my experience, Beaver Valley and David Tsivian are very unprofessional and I would suggest to others to avoid doing business there if possible so you don't get treated like I did.
Great company to deal with - amazing selection and service and staff is knowlegeable and conscientious. Can't recommend these guys enough. I know some of the other more recent reviews have been critical of wait times. That is typical of the market anywhere you go these days. Just a reminder: We are still in the middle of a PANDEMIC! All businesses are facing the burden of stretched resources!
Big collection, and even BIGGER un-organization in the yard. Every worker just seems to pass the buck to the next worker as in \go ask the guys in the back\. In the yard, there isn't much help available, you're basically on your own. The yard paths are full of wood portions broken from the skids with nails sticking out, ready to go through your vehicle tires, not safe at all. Most of the skids don't have any labels, so if you like any stone, you won't be able to get a price since the guys in the office won't know what to use to lookup the item, go figure that one out? All in all, big disappointment. I called before going to inquire about an item, they said not in stock. When I got there, they had at least 10 skids of it? One star...
