My experience with Unique Stone and Granite has been incredible! Ena was incredibly patient and helped me chose the right stone at a great price range. Ena gave me advise and helped me through the process. She was available by text or phone whenever I called for advice. She introduced me to Raz the owner who cut me a sample stone to bring home. That made selecting a stone so much easier. Ena set up the appts with staff and made sure I was happy with the work. Brendon came to do all the measurements! They were done to absolute perfection. He took pride in getting the measurements done properly and made recommendations to increase the counter space in the kitchen. Brendon came back and removed the backsplash. I can assure you this was no easy task. He cleaned up after he left and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with his work. Brendon also installed the backsplash. It was installed meticulously. He did the grout the following day. It was beautifully matched. His attention to detail was exceptional. Brendon checked in to make sure I was happy with his work. Sebastian and Pete came for the install of the stone. Both men were very professional and I was very happy with the work they did. The install was perfect. The stone was immaculate and flawless. Thanks to Unique Stone for their professionalism and incredible customer service. I can say I have never dealt with a company who takes this much pride in customer service. #lovemynewkitchen

My 2nd kitchen countertop by this company has left me beyond disappointed. This is a UNIQUE journey. On installation day some marble pieces fell off the delivery truck, (later recut) and a large section had a large corner broken off (about 5") then glued together. My instructions for the U shape kitchen was to cut the 2 slabs in the same direction. It was cut in 2 different directions which does not look good. There was to be 1 seam (this was cut incorrectly in the wrong place) They could not install the bar section, and decided to cut 1 seam in it, but it came back in 3 pieces, meaning 2 more seams. On installation 1 seam has chips & flakes, the 2nd seam also with chips & flakes actually came apart when Peter tried to install a 3rd section. We stopped there, so the countertop is there but not installed. After shaking his head Raz said he would make it right and redo the job. For 3 weeks I phoned, text and sent emails. None have been answered. Obviously Raz is not going to make it right. So is this company really NICE-PROFESSIONAL-AND RELIABLE. I really wish I could have agreed. (as a foot note, I have had this exact same marble installed in 2 other kitchens without any problems, so its not the material) I think customers deserve better.
These guys are amazing! Reliable, honest and trustworthy, from the owner to the work guys. Customer service exceptional, no mistake can get by with these guys. Will reffer to everyone. Go with them if you want job done right! Bravo!!!
We upgraded our kitchen and heard a lot of great things about them. We contacted Unique Stone and we are so happy with the service they provided. They really did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Reliable, professional, and they offer great prices. We just moved and they installed the counter tops at the new house as well. 2 great experiences, we are happy we found them and will continue to do business with them.
We cannot say enough about our fantastic experience with Unique Stone. We are thrilled with the job that Raz and his team did in removing our granite countertops, changing them to quartz and replacing our backsplash. Raz was patient, professional and always available to answer any questions we had. Peter and Sebastian installed the new stone perfectly and left my home spotless...they are definitely masters of the trade! The edges were finished beautifully and only one seam in my large kitchen! Brandon installed our new backsplash and we couldn’t be happier with the job he did. He was neat and meticulous. Do not hesitate to hire Unique Stone. You will not be disappointed!
I'm taking the time to write this review because we were really impressed with the whole experience we had with Unique Stone right from the start. Great team, outstanding work! Our kitchen looks like out of a magazine! We met the owner, Raz and his wife, very professional individuals who really stand behind their product ! 100% recommended
