I’d have to say that dealing with Christian at Bast has been one of the best experiences I have had with a company. 100% seamless experience from picking the fireplace to having it installed. The technician Kyle WOWED us with the amazing job he did with the install while following all the proper safety procedures for COVID. Great work guys. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service on many fronts when we purchased a new home with a gas fireplace and had some questions & concerns! In store were given a great explanation of what to check; wonderful Service Manager, Karen who arranged for a tech visit but provided additional information and alleviated our safety concerns until the service call; and the awesome tech, Josh who took the time to explain the unit, make suggestions on how to operate and keep maintained. Josh provided excellent customer service both because of his vast experience and his great rapport with customers. A huge thank you to the BAST team for helping us enjoy and feel safe with the fireplace in our new home. Would highly recommend them!

Nothing but a great experience. Great customer service, no pressure sales. As a woman I don't always get treated the same way purchasing large products for our home as I do when I'm with my husband. I was treated as a customer by all Bast staff involved. Christian was great with helping me choose which gas fireplace would be best for our home, understood I had a budget and did not try to up-sale me. Installation crew, Kyle and John were friendly, and respectful of our home. Even put up with my crazy, very vocal dog with kindness. I can't recommend Bast enough.

We purchased a square Napoleon fire table from Bast Home Comfort. Bast converted it to natural gas, and assembled it. When I went to pick it up it was placed in the back of my truck with a forklift. Honestly could not have been any easier. Bast recommended a simple way to hook it up and the fire table looks great and works great!!! Matthew Bast was great to deal with and went well out of his way to make this purchase possible.
