First time buyer from Barbecues Galore. Purchased new Weber grill on their website. Process was very easy and pricing was comparative to other retailers of Weber grills. Chose the assembly option when purchased online for the very reasonable cost of 30. Upon pickup was surprised how large and well laid out the showroom was. The two guys helping me with loading my new grill were very friendly and offered me some tips with my new grill. These two guys made my first experience with Barbecues Galore a memorable one and they should be recognized (one with a beard and the other was a younger new guy).

Great service, kept me up to speed with the status of my order. There was a minor problem when my Weber grill was delivered but Eddy made sure it was fixed on the day without hesitation. Very happy with my decision to buy here and not one of the big hardware stores.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices are similar to competitors but the show room areas are better set up for browsing than most. Consider buying here before a big chain for the service.

I take my BBQ pretty seriously and have purchased BBQs, grills and smokers here. The service is excellent and staff very knowledgeable. They also have one of the selections of accessories so if you need BBQ tools or pizza stones or smoke boxes... they have them here. HINT: check out their section of charcoal and wood chips. Ask them to teach you how to use a smoke box in your gas grill to let you BBQ and get all that yummy flavour!
