Excellent customer service by friendly and knowledgable staff. EDIT: I rarely give 5 stars because no organization is perfect however, I have upgraded my original review from 4 to 5 stars. Recently, I expanded my experience by taking my daughter for orthotics and as a result, was able to interact with several additional staff. The length of time and detailed explanation afforded to my daughter and myself was exceptional. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond what my expectations were to procure frames for my Rx sunglasses. They are accommodating and knowledgable, but above all, genuinely friendly people when assisting their clients. I have since recommended them to several family members. Thank you for your compassionate care and attention to detail.
My glasses broke, and I was told that there was 1 year warranty. They replaced the lenses without a problem...but they wouldn't replace the frames. They told me to contact the frame manufacturer....I did, I was told the frames have 3 years warranty and I should just go back to the store I purchased my glasses from and it wouldn't cost the store anything for the new frames. I went back and they told me that the manufacturer is wrong and I'm out of luck. They kept my old frames, so I'm guessing that they had the frames replaced under warranty and charged me 200. for the new ones. I would not recommend this store to anyone. You would expect better from Pakistani people. Beware, stay away! ***Update Aug 18, 2020*** the manufacturer will warranty the broken frames, no thanks to Sight N Steps, we contacted themourselves***
