This location came to my attention for a recent need for a special door. Walking into their spacious showroom, it quickly became apparent that their selection was more than ample and efficiently arranged to provide fast access to whatever your interest or need. Unbeknownst to me, it was the owner who served me, in an unpretentious manner. I have come to see that his attitude impacts the staff. It's a pleasure doing business with them and I find the selection, product and delivery to be first-rate.

I am very disappointed with their service. I placed the order and paid for the door and the frame on the 1st of August. today is Aug 27th, it's almost one month and door is not ready yet. I have called them about 15 times in the last 10 days but no one can give me an exact date when the door will be ready. Currently all my other renovation work is on-hold until the door is installed. I would not recommend Active Doors to anyone. I would not give them any Stars. Selected one star because I cannot post my comments without selecting a Star. Finally I received the door yesterday Sept 16th after patiently waiting for about 45 days. Beside the delay, The door and the frame look great. I was told that the delay was due to their Glass supplier had not delivered the glass on time. Active Doors offered me 40 worth of door trims to make me happy. Whole Active doors Team should be responsible for this issue/delay. Hopefully something like this will not happen to anyone else.
I’m currently building a house and visited a few popular door companies in surrey, one of which was Active Doors. I rarely write reviews but I really wanted to mention what a positive experience I had there. Raman, who helped me was patient, helpful and super knowledgeable. He was also able to match and beat prices of any other competitor as they all seem to carry the same products. I’m one of those annoying indecisive clients with tons of questions but he never made me feel that way during the entire process. I‘m in sales myself so I really appreciate good service.
Good people, they are working hard. They are friendly and honor customer request. Delays are now a part of every business but human resource is trying best to give the due service that we as customer expect.
I notice that these reviews are coveted more than emails to the company. Anyway, we just settled a court case recently. I don't like doing this publicly but please check your email account from me, aaron takhar, and respond for a refund. Thank you.
