Disappoint in terms of delivering a load. Tu fulfill their 2’0 clock appointment, I rushed as much as I could. Picked up load from States just a night before around 9pm. Sacrificed my sleep and made it to the warehouse at 2:30. What a rude person is sitting in shipping office(morning shift probably). Told me can’t take you before 7 because you are LATE. I get it. But at least you can be a little sympathetic and humble. Big brands, small ethics. Never been to their stores and won’t make a mistake either.

I'm a contractor from London Ontario and a proud resident of Wortley village. Id like to thank the entire team of Tuckeys Home Hardware for the incredible service they've provided in the past and are presently providing throughout the Covid crises. Dave and his entire team are taking the risk along with all the other front line workers to keep peoples homes safely working where urgent repairs are required. I know this for a fact as a local contractor presently working in that area. They truly do give the family like feel to the name "Home" in Home hardware. Well done guys.

Had a wonderful tour of the facilities by a very knowledgeable, polite lady. Place was very orderly and clean in spite of the fact that they were getting ready for the big fall show. Front desk lady was also very polite and helpful. Thanks for a great time.
