Best supply store by far!! Can’t say enough positive things about this store! Staff is great! All so very friendly and helpful! Store has absolutely everything you need and more! They take covid protocols extremely seriously and make sure people are staying safe and obeying the covid rules ! Definitely my everyday store for everything possible! Plus it’s 100% Canadian!!

Just dealt with the most rude greeter. It wasn't just me she was rude to. Another customer left shaking his head. Normally really nice and helpful staff.

Great source for products, but terrible customer service. Was told an item was being ordered from the warehouse and would be here in 5 business days. Called 7 days later and was told they couldn't help me because they didn't know who I spoke with. No idea why that matters as long as the info was recorded. Then was told there was nothing in the "specials orderbook" leading me to believe that nothing was put forth. Upon asking for further assistance to then put it in the "specials orderbook", I was told to talk with the person in receiving. I asked to speak with this individual and then and only then was informed that it was their day off. (Information that would have been useful prior to me asking knowing I would ask to speak with them.) I was told to order it online if I really needed it. Just to clarify, this was not a special order item. It is one they normal stock and is commonly purchased. This made me feel frustrated, unvalued as a customer. Also that my business was of no concern to them or the company of which they represent. Very disappointed
