Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Customer service is excellent at the Park Royal location. Dr. Singh always gives you extra time to ask questions so you never feel like you are being rushed. He is also great with kids! Highly recommended!

My service was very seamless. I came a little late but the staff accommodated me and still provided really good service. Products were reasonably priced, and the doctor gave me a thorough exam that I actually haven't received before he even told me what some things in my eyes meant. The staff are really funny, very genuine, and recommended glasses that actually look good on me. Thanks Dinah for the amazing experience, I have already sent my siblings!
I have dealt with Dr. Darren Singh and the staff at Image Optometry located at Park Royal Shopping Centre for over 5 years now, and have had nothing except professional and personnable service. Dr. Singh is not only thorough but truly cares about your eye health, and is knowledgeable on treatment options. The staff are polite and friendly, and know how to choose and fit a pair of glasses to suit your needs. They are also knowledgeable on the options available to help customize your eyeglasses to suit your lifestyle. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Five Star service, five star products and knowledge! Dinah the manager is outstanding at delivering customer service, and is helpful with insurance questions. Dr Darren is professional and thorough in his exam and I really appreciate that he takes the time to clearly explain everything, something most optometrists skip. I would also recommend talking kids to see him, as he's excellent with children.
Dr. Singh is always professional and attentive. I have a challenging prescription and Dr. Singh got me the exact prescription for both contact lenses and glasses at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and Image optometry in Park Royal.

The staff here is terrible! I bought a pair of glasses and when I went to pick them up, I asked the staff to help me adjust the nose pads as they were uncomfortable. The 2 staff there were so impatient and didn't solve the problem. On my second visit, I tried to ask for help again cause the pads were cutting my nose, but their attitude was even worse. I finally had to fix it by myself and they told me it’s all on me if the glasses are broken. They also forgot to return the receipt to me...I will never visit this shop again
