I have bought TECNICA ski boots there. I had a problem with some pressure points so the boots went back 3 times to fix the problem. Never did.I went there in person [ do not live in Nelson] in December and the owner worked on the boots for a while. Finally they felt OK so I left the store. I took them to ski hill yesterday and they felt good! What a surprise I was for when I took the inner boot out to dry! He Just use scissors and cut the part of inner boot seam out! What the hell? After one day is already falling a part! What a professional!!! Will never ever spent a dollar in there again and will tell all my friends and people I will come to contact on lift about that! TECNICA will also get a report.Sorry but that is Hell of a service! Zdenek

Great customer service. I ordered a vest online and I received an email the next day saying the vest was no longer available and they cancelled my order, apologizing for the inconvenience. This was the only place I could find the vest online! Three days later they emailed me back notifying me that the vest I had previously tried to order was back in stock. I have now received the vest and would definitely order from here again.

After my first visit to this store I left unhappy after being treated like some kind of disease ridden animal for having a mask exemption for health reasons (with doctors note and medication present). The reason I'm writing this with you is because what I heard the one girl say as I was walking out when she assumed I was out of earshot. She said \tee hee\ to my unhappiness. Real professional. Never coming back. I got treated like a human everywhere else I went in Nelson today.
