I was extremely please with my experience at FYI doctors, workers Glen and Dr. Chan are excellent. I felt safe while in the store and eye clinic as they follow appropriate COVID precautions and they have a secure location. The store looked great and I was given excellent care and service both in store and on the phone!

I would definitely recommend others to come here. Dr. Mah and Glen were knowledge and took the time to explain things to me. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I'm happy to see the Covid protocols in place as well. Overall, my experience was great. Can't say enough good things!

Dr. Bligh is such a great optometrist. She was patient and friendly, and I love my new glasses. Highly recommended

I'd like to give this place a higher rating because I did find their customer service friendly, but ultimately, the lenses I ordered were poorly made. The optical centre was marked incorrectly, so I was not able to see clearly while looking out of my glasses, and in order to see far distances, I had to physically hold my glasses a few millimeters higher with my hands (taking them slightly off my nose bridge), so that the optical centre aligned with my pupils. I returned several times to try and rectify this, and the associate re-took my measurements and said it was accurate even though I couldn't see properly with my glasses. The associate would simply adjust the temples of my glasses each time to try and align it with my optical centre, but the discrepancy was too great for this to work. He offered to glue nose pads to my glasses (although my glasses were a plastic frame style that didn't have nose pads and which he said would ruin the style of my glasses) at a cost and which would take more time to fix. (Again, he told me the measurements were accurate, but clearly, they weren't if he had to offer to do this so I could see clearly). At the time, I was not completely aware of what the issue was except that I couldn't see clearly, but when I went to another optician, she was able to immediately explain the issue to me. I have since gone elsewhere and purchased new lenses that I can see clearly out of (and I find the general quality of the lenses better). Based on my experience, I could not recommend this place and feel I wasted 600 (and I had to spend a few more hundred dollars for new lenses to replace these ones) and believe their attempts to rectify this were feeble.
