Arsim was a pleasure to encounter while my partner and I looked for places to rent a bike. What started as a fun and quick adventure on the sea wall also came out to be a fun chat about his business. He has a passion for what he does and treats all his customers well with respect. Will definitely return with my partner and I for more rides as the weather gets better! Thank you again!

Their business model is simple. You just show up, staff take your info and they give you a bike. I was in and out within 5 minutes and had an enjoyably fun ride. I will be back.

Top notch service! The first time I went in was for a flat and I got it fixed in no time while getting solid bike advice. Naturally I went back for the tires I desperately needed replaced. Again super quick quality work! Oil my chain and all. I’d 10/10 recommend this shop. Even if it’s a little out of the way for me I’ll make the trip :)

Great service, happy to recommend - we walked in with a group of five looking for two adult / trail-a-bike combos, and an additional kids bike; everyone got sorted and we had a grand spin around Stanley Park. Shop is somewhat limited in space (and choice), so mostly we blocked the footpath outside while getting fitted up, and sizing the kids' helmets was a bit of a faff, but the bikes were in great condition, and we were well looked after even though it was a busy day and some of the staff were still learning the ropes...!
