WOW. I can hands down say, this was some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Ash went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe, comfortable and fun ride. Will never go to another rental in Vancouver again!! Highly reccomend.

Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver and looking to go for a bike ride around Stanley Park or just around downtown. Bike was well maintained and in great working order. The owner was very help and gave us great service. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the city.
Best bicycle shop rental. I rented bicycles here numerous times and it is simply the best and the rates are good. The bikes are very fast too
Great experience! The owner is so friendly, so welcoming and caring. I always have trouble at bike shops because I’m an adult who needs a kids sized bike lol... and he was just so nice and do not make me feel embarrassed. Will definitely go back, and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!!
This place is awesome. Best prices. 10.00 bucks an hour. That is by far the best deal in town. 2 hours is 16.00, 3 hours is 22.00. Other shops charge double. Definitely 5 stars.
The owner is super nice and very helpful. No problems with the bike. Cost 40 for whole day. We had the bikes for literally 9 hours. Easy location to everything
