US Customs office is very nice. Because Covid-19, people should have 14 days quarantine, but if you stay inside airport hotel, you can back US. I come here to got F-1 statue because they have good reviews.

The process is somehow efficient with the kiosks however the waiting times can be lengthy specially during morning peak hours when customs opens. Also some US customs officers are have an unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude attitude towards tarvellers and other staff which is unprofessional and inapropriate for them who protect the borders. Keep in mind to be patient and truthful during the clearance.
