I went in to the consulate office .got there for 9 am.i was promptly served by a light skin lady with nice hair.she helped meet my requests and even helped correct a few minor errors I had on my forms.the other ladies who came in (who also work there) were polite .overall my experience was great.thank you light skin lady with the nice hair;))

These are the rudest people ever! If the people working there are the faces of Saint Lucia it is so disappointing. I had to ask for a visa for my boss (one of them) who is not canadian. They were sooo rude on the phone, plain unacceptable. Same situation with the London office, which I will write a review for today. You want people to visit your island, you want St Lucia to attract tourists but you treat people with attitude without even knowing who they are, who they know and the power they may have. My office is obligated to go to St Lucia this time but I will NOT recommend anyone to go there moving forward. You want your island to attract tourists, start with the base. If this is how the embassy employee treat people, it speaks volume about how badly they want a good image of their island. And yes I got the Visas for all my bosses, still waiting for them to come back and let me know if the trip was worth the rudeness. I highly doubt it though 1 star, 0 if I could
