Arrogant team working here. They belittle you when you ask questions. Dont bother with them. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else or even trying to fix your self.

Took my phone in to have the battery replaced. The chap on the counter ran a diagnostic and told me that yes replacing the battery would fix the battery life problem. Came back two hours later to have him tell me that the phone was now a brick, it will turn on and boot up for three minutes and crash. He claimed that it was the phone had a fault although it worked perfectly when I went. No solutions were offered. He politely told me they wouldn’t charge me for the new battery that was installed. So I have a brick with a new battery. I chose this repair place because of the reviews, because it is apple certified and it is local. Sadly won’t be going back.

Horrible customer service, wasted 2 hours of my time with these clowns. Find somewhere else to go, anywhere is better. ****I do appreciate your reply however when I called initially I was told the repair would take 1 -1 1/2 hours. When I arrived I was told 2- 2 1/2 hours. I gave your associate my email address for communication and I called my home several times (from businesses) to have my partner check my email. Nothing.......... Your associate never mentioned the rush repair would take 30 minutes and why wouldn't I think it would take the original 1-1 1/2 hours as quoted? It seem like a simple checklist of questions for the associate to ask customers when they first walk in the door would have prevented this. That or sending an email to the address I provided.

Horrible custom service. They will tell you that they will assist you With training and then claim later that they never Said that and want to charge you when and if someone is available. You have to pay for customer service. Very expensive for what they do.
