Ordered from them on Walmart 3 weeks ago and the estimated delivery date was September 11. Today is September 19 and not only have I not received the item, but according to the Order Status it hasn't even be shipped out. I've tried contacting the company by message/email a few times and I have not received a single answer. I tried calling their number and the phone doesn't even ring. Stay away from this company.

Walmart purchase has been sitting \in progress\ for 2 weeks now, was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. I ordered something else along with it in the same order and that came a day earlier than expected, so processing the payment works just fine. Nobody answers emails and there's nothing about them being closed. Why are they listed as a seller if they're not going to process or ship anything?
Ordering was easy and product received in a timely fashion. Returning the item however, is not as easy. I have contacted Walmart on May 16th and have a response that i would be contacted within a business day by a rep from Technospecs and today is the 23rd and NOTHING. I've called the company directly and had to leave a message as this was the only option. I probably wouldn't order from this company again. I am only giving it one star as no stars isn't a option. Maybe now I will hear from someone??
There are generally few companies that I have met who qualify for the kind of service that Technospecs offers. My experience with them has been fantastic. Timely delivery, genuine products and best prices. Highly recommended for any hardware purchase.
I bought a laptop from these guys, and the wrong laptop has been sent to me. Also they seem very hard to get in contact with, i still have not been able to contact them. I am hoping the fix this issues ASAP. I have already had to wait 1.5 weeks for the shipping and really hoping this issue will be fixed with the fastest shipping option there is. *Update* so far dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. These guys are the biggest scammers iv ever had to deal with. They now told me that the product i bought costs almost 2000 more then what i paid and refuse to send me anything. I still haven't been able to talk to anyone on the phone and it seems like this place isn't even real. If you look on their facebook and there skype is will say they are located in a different country. I would never buy anything from these guys again, they are 100% fraudulent.
