I have been coming to this particular Hakim Optical for almost 15 years. This is a great location with very friendly and professional staff. Elie is very knowledgeable and attentive, he's been my point of contact throughout all this time. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help!
Really bad customer service. First time I went in to see if I could get a pair of frames sent from another location. A grouchy old woman barked at me to call myself. So I did in the store and her assistant ended up having to call back and help me anyway. Today I go in to pick up the frames and they were THE WRONG FRAMES, which happens, so I just told them unfortunately they were wrong (I ordered gold, these frames were red and blue...) they told me to call the original location and insisted that they were the right frames. I called the second location and the man repeatedly said " well WE didn't make ANY mistakes" and kept suggesting I made a mistake or forgot my own colour preference. No accountability. No refunds. No help figuring out what happened. He got extremely offended that I suggested they made a mistake. So now I'm out 400 with ugly ass red and blue frames when I wanted gold.
Loving the staff and amazingly quick service.... Love my new glasses and my case! Finally found the store for all of my sight needs. Thank you Sundas Hakim and Highly Recommend this store
