Great selection of in stock frames and lenses coupled and excellent service from all angles of this practice. They have a lens cutting machine so can provide your new complete glasses same day, coming from NWO this is a refreshing change from waiting up to 2 weeks. Overall very impressed and will continue to make this my regular optical health centre.

Doctor Matt was amazing, he is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to check up on your eyes. He doesn’t rush you out of the office rather likes to really talk about your comfort, the process and your experience with whatever you are getting in my case was contact lenses. The receptionist did an amazing job as well, very aware of new covid 19 precautions. They are so friendly and ready to help specially Naomi, she was espectacular!!! Will definitely come back!

My family has been going to Annex Eyecare for years (Dr. Andrew Leung & Associates). We have seen Dr. Leung, Dr. Lai and most recently Dr. Taylor Harris. They have all been extremely thorough with examinations for both our girls and me. They explain in detail the up front costs for eye exams, optional retinal scan (Optomap) and different options for contact lenses. They ensure you leave with samples to try, and follow up to see how well they fit, and how you are adjusting. The front desk staff are super polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Everyone in the office is taking extreme care to follow strict Covid-19 safety protocol and all precautions and measures to ensure the well-being of the patients and staff. We have referred many friends who are also happy with their service.
